Contribution reimbursement
In terms of the Numerical report (private health insurance) of the Association of Private Health Insurance Companies:Classically a contribution reimbursement is a cash payout. Another form of contribution reimbursement is an offset. In contrast to the cash payout it does not take place individually, but for collectives of insured persons. Therefore it is irrelevant, whether the individual has drawn benefits or not. Rather, the expenditure of the insurance for the collective of insured persons in total are important. Via the offset increases of the contributions can be lessened or prevented or even contribution diminution can occur.
