In terms of the social assistance statistics - recipients of assistance according to chapter 5 to 9 SGB XII of the Federal Statistical Office:With the assistance for nursing care according to chapter 7 SGB XII the social assistance supports also persons in need of care. The assistance for nursing care is granted to people in need, who because of disease or disability have to rely on outside help for common and recurrent activities in daily life.
