Disability (Statistics of the severely handicapped persons)
In terms of the Statistics on the severely handicapped persons of the Federal Statistical Office:People are disabled, if their physical function, mental capacity or mental health differs from the typical state at their age and therefore their participation in community life is impaired and if this state will continue for more than six month with a high posibility. They are threatened by disability, if the impairment is expected.
