Narcotics deaths
In terms of the annual narcotis report of the Federal Office of Criminal Investigation:The term narcotics deaths is defined as deaths, which are related in a causal way to the abusive consumption of narcotics or substitutes. Included in particular are cases based on overdosage, cases based on long-term abuse, suicides from desperation about life circumstances or under the influence of withdrawal symptoms and fatal accidents of people under the influence of drugs.
