Off-site practitioners
In terms of the Hospital statistics of the Federal Statistical Office:Off-site practitioners cover private bed allocation practitioners; these are established practitioners and others not employed in the facility who are entitled to treat their patients as inpatients or outpatients in the facility, using the services, equipment and means placed at their disposal, but without receiving any remuneration from the facility as well as other doctors employed by private bed allocation practitioners. They are registered according to the field or subordinate field designation of the employing practitioner.
