The Information System of the Federal Health Monitoring

You are looking for health data.

We offer you more than 2 billion numbers displayed in tables free of charge. The data is derived from more than 100 different sources, among which there are many statistics from the Statistical Offices of the Länder and the federation. There are also data from numerous other institutions from the health sector.

Charts, texts and definitions serve to help interpret the data and complete the information. Data sources are documented with their variables, procurement methods and contact persons. The health data and health information offered is updated on a regular basis and continuously enhanced.

Besides data from and about Germany the information system also offers international tables of the OECD and the WHO.

This trove of information is fully accessible via the topics or the keyword search on the left.

The Information System also offers easy access to all the other products of the Federal Health Monitoring, e.g. the topical booklets of the Federal Health Monitoring and the Health Report for Germany from 2006.
