Ancillary nursing care insurance

In terms of the Numerical report (private health insurance) of the Association of Private Health Insurance Companies:
The compulsory nursing care insurance often does not cover all costs, which occur in the nursing care. The remaining costs can be covered with two different ancillary nursing care insurances.
  • Nursing care per-diem allowance insurance
    The person in need of care receives a contractually fixed sum per day, regardless of the effective incurred costs. The sum is at free disposal.
  • Nursing care cost insurance
    Dependent on the effective incurred cost a percentage will be reimbursed.
