Balance fund

In terms of the Turnover and Accounts of the Social Long-term Care Insurance of the Federal Ministry of Health:
The balance fund organised by the German Federal Insurance Office ("Bundesversicherungsamt"), transacts the monthly financial balancing between the statutory nursing care insurance funds. For this purpose the balance fund gets own contribution revenues especially contributions from the pension insurance organizations) and administrates the funds of the nursing care insurance beyond the statutory finance reserve of 1.5 monthly expenditures.
