Expenditure for the training fund

In terms of the Hospital statistics of the Federal Statistical Office:
Starting from the reporting year 2007 there are training funds in many Federal States, which are fed by deposits of all hospitals. The accumulated capital in the funds is used to finance the training budget of the hospitals.
The expenditure for the training fund are not counted in the costs of training facilities.
