Funds for limitation

In terms of the Numerical report (private health insurance) of the Association of Private Health Insurance Companies:
The limitation is a procedure for the prevention or attenuation of contribution adaptations. The funds for limitation according to § 12a Abs. 2 and 3 VAG are taken as single contributions from the contribution reimbursement reserves ("Rückstellung für Beitragsrückerstattung").
