Insured person with reckonable years

In terms of the statistics on those actively insured of the German Annuity Insurance Federation:
As insured person with reckonable years in the reporting year all persons are reported, who have gained reckonable years in the reporting year and these years have been saved in the current insurance account. As insured persons with reckonable years only those persons can be included, who are known as such to the insurance supporting organization. Because e.g. school or other training periods of the person insured are often first notified in the course of a service application or account clarification procedure, this classification is at least difficult for younger age groups.
