Medical service

In terms of the Hospital statistics of the Federal Statistical Office:
Medical services include all medical practitioners (from 1996 to 30 September 2004 including medical practitioners in practical training ("Ärzte im Praktikum"), as far as they are not counted in the staffing of the "medical services"). Famuli are reported under the position "other staff".
