Nursing classes

According to Code of Social Law XI § 84 assessment principles ("Bemessungsgrundsätze") Abs. 2:
When assigning the persons in need of care to the nursing classes, the level of nursing care according to § 15 are taken as a basis, unless after joint assessment of the medical review board and the care management of the nursing home the assignment to another level of care is necessary or adequate. The daily rate for patient care must enable a nursing home in the case of economic management to fulfil its task.
