Old people's home

In terms of the homes statistics of the Federal Ministry for the Family, the Elderly, Women and Young People:
an old people's home is a facility where old people who are no longer in a position to run their own household, but are not in need of nursing care, are fully supplied and looked after.
For old people who temporarily or permanently require nursing care, the necessary facilities are maintained in the nursing ward of the old people's home. In terms of design, amenities and staff, the nursing ward is at least equipped for age-compatible basic attention.
