Partner medical practitioners

In terms of the Federal Medical Registry of the National Association of Statutory Health Insurance Physicians:
A practitioner can settle in a closed planning district, if he will be partner of an already accredited colleague in a group practice ("Berufsausübungsgemeinschaft"). Both must commit to rendering no more services together, than the already accredited colleague has done so far.
