Pharmaceutical guidelines
Guidelines laid down by the Federal Committee of Medical Practitioners and Health Insurance on the prescription of pharmaceuticals at the expense of the statutory health insurance institutions. They have to be confirmed by the Federal Health Minister and are legally binding for practitioners under contract to the health service.
