Plan beds
In terms of the Hospital statistics of the Federal Statistical Office:Plan beds are hospital beds which have been taken up in the hospital plan of a Federal State (German Land).
- Subsidized by the Hospital Financing Act (KHG -
Krankenhausfinanzierungsgesetz):
- beds, on which the authorization of the subsidy funds according to KHG (Article 8 Section 1) is based.
- Subsidized by the University Construction Promotion Act (HBFG -
Hochschulbauförderungsgesetz):
- beds, on which the authorization of the subsidy funds according to HBFG (Article 1) is based.
- Other plan beds taken up in the hospital plan of a Federal State (German Land) but for which the hospital receives no subsidy funds.
