Requirements plans

In terms of the health report for Germany, 1998:
a plan drawn up of resources of a certain type required in the future is to be understood by this in the healthcare system. In particular, requirement plans ensuring healthcare by practitioners and dentists under contract to the health service are obligatory in accordance with the Code of Social Law (SGB) V.
