Medical indication

In terms of the statistics of pregnancy terminations of the Federal Statistical Office:
A medical indication is given, if the pregnancy termination is necessary, considering the current and future living conditions in order to keep a pregnant woman from danger to life or danger of a serious impairment of her physical or mental health. In these cases a time limit does not exist.
