General remarks

Our aim is to make the information system of the Federal Health Monitoring System available for a wide user group. I.e. we try to take very different needs of many people into account.
However our intention to remove utilisation barriers from this website as completely as possible is very difficult, because all offered information is generated from databases and many informations are offered in form of static and dynamic tables.

Thus we cannot rule out that there still are barriers for certain users. For reasons of efficiency, for example, older information was processed with less attention than the latest information.
In terms of a quality process, we continuously improve our website so that we can eliminate more and more barriers.

We would be pleased to receive your questions, suggestions, ideas, comments and improvement suggestions.
