Expenditure/revenues outside of facilities
In terms of the Social assistance statistics - expenditure and revenues - of the Federal Statistical Office:The welfare assistance outside of facilities includes the assistance, which neither is granted for the purpose of accommodation and full care of assistance recipients in a facility, nor is granted for support in a partly-inpatient facility or related to partly-inpatient support. Crucial to the allocation of costs as expenses in or outside of facilities is the place, where the service is provided. Thus, outpatient treatments of inpatient or partly-inpatient assistance recipients, which take place outside of the facilities, are also booked as expenditure outside of facilities.
